Shipping policy
We try to process and ship orders the same or next day. During the holidays and other busy seasons, same day processing and shipping may not be possible on all orders. Playful Pitch is a small operation and partners with other companies to help with the important task of fulfilling orders. For this reason, you may receive items in several shipments if you have ordered multiple items. Processing time will vary by item as some items are ready to ship, while others are made available for sale during pre-order periods (or when there is a point-of-sale disclaimer of delayed fulfillment). Please see the item description for more accurate information on processing times.
U.S Domestic Shipping
Our warehouse uses UPS and USPS, and standard U.S. domestic shipping times of 2-7 business days apply depending on your location. At this time we are unable to offer upgraded or expedited shipping. If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email or the order status page. View the order status page by clicking ‘View Your Order’ button in the order-confirmed email, or order-shipped email. In regards to the arrival date of your order, the most reliable date is the one initially provided to you on your shipping confirmation. Once a product is shipped from our warehouse, we do not have any control over the carrier. Playful Pitch cannot be responsible for shipping carrier delays.
All orders over $75 qualify for free, USPS or UPS shipping within the United States. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Cincinnati, OH.
Although we are always improving our processes and systems, mistakes happen! Have a problem with your order? Check out our full return policy here. We offer refunds and exchanges within 14 days of your original order date (or fulfillment/shipping date). Still have questions? I entered the incorrect mailing address for shipping?
If you caught this within hours of placing your order please message / contact us with your order # and correct mailing address. We will do our best to change it prior to fulfillment but cannot guarantee that we will be able to. If your order has already been fulfilled, we are unable to cover a replacement order until the original order is sent back to us. We will wait for your original package to return to us before re-shipping the products. Once received we will send an invoice to cover the re-shipment and then will send your order as soon as the invoice is paid.
International Shipping
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International Shipping times vary within 1-4 weeks from fulfillment depending on the country. Due to current shipping inconsistencies, we are not offering any free shipping options for international orders.
The international shipping rates vary depending on shipping destination and the total weight of all items at checkout.
Currently, our Canada and United Kingdom shipping weight limit is 24 lbs, and shipping rates for items weighing 0 lbs to 24 lbs, range from $10 to $50. If you are shipping to Canada or United Kingdom, and your items exceed 24 lbs in weight (which is calculated internally by our online store) the default shipping rate shown will be $500. Please place multiple orders if you are shown the default $500 shipping rate, in order to reduce your order weight below 24 lbs, and thus pay the correct international shipping rate for Canada or United Kingdom. You may also contact us for a custom shipping rate for your address.
Our international shipping weight limit for the Rest of the World is 6.5 lbs, and shipping rates for items weighing 0 lbs to 6.5 lbs, range from $14 to $40. If you are shipping to the Rest of the World, and your items exceed 6.5 lbs in weight (which is calculated internally by our online store) the default shipping rate shown will be $500. Please place multiple orders if you are shown the default $500 shipping rate, in order to reduce your order weight below 6.5 lbs, and thus pay the correct international shipping rate for the Rest of the World. You may also contact us for a custom shipping rate for your address.
Also, please note that some countries add additional fees for customs. We are not privy to these fees and have no way to control them. These additional fees are not paid to Playful Pitch, but to your country's government.
As much as we would like to ship anywhere in the world, there may be a few locations that are not feasible/reasonable for our business to ship to. Thus, if an International order comes through, and we are unable to ship to that international location due to unreasonable shipping fees, we reserve the right to work out the new shipping fees with the customer, or refund said customer for any order that we are unable to fulfill.
