Refund policy

(Applies to Refunds, Returns & Exchanges)

All physical products/items in the original packaging and new condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Playful Pitch purchase. If the product is not what you expected, please let us know if there is anything we can do to ensure your satisfaction. If there is a problem with your order or there are shipping damages evident upon receipt of your order, reach out to us immediately / before the 14-day return period ends, so we can make it right! Please provide photo evidence to the following email: hello@playfulpitch.com

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Because we are a small business, we are not able to cover the return shipping cost or provide prepaid shipping labels. Once the item is received in its new condition and original packaging, the refund or exchange will be provided. 

We only provide return/exchange services for the purchaser of the product. If you received a Playful Pitch item as a gift you will not be eligible for return/exchange services. Any items not in its original packaging/condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We reserve the right to reject a return for items that appear to be significantly used or tampered with beyond a reasonable amount.

To return or exchange a physical product/item please follow the 3 steps below:

• Step 1 — Submit your information through the return form here:

• Step 2 — Prepare your return: Include a physical note with your order number, or a copy of the confirmation email from your order, and note if it’s an exchange or return. (We cannot guarantee all items will be in stock for exchanges.)

• Step 3 — Mail your return (within 14 days of your order date) to:

• Step 4  — Get shippment tracking with your return mail, and email the tracking number to: hello@playfulpitch.com

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost, or your refund will be issued.

Return Shipping Info: 

• U.S. customers can return via any U.S. Shipping Service/ Location. (Example, USPS, UPS, etc).
  

• The box dimension/weight for your return item would vary based on what you ordered. Our main product (pitch bar bundles) dimension/ weight = 14.25 x 9.5 x 3.5 inches / 4lbs

Non-Physical Products

Finally, we only provide return/exchange services for physical products. Service-type products, gift card products or digital products that do not have a physical item associated with it cannot be returned, and are therefore non-refundable. These non-physical products can be associated with our affiliated brands ‘Ukulele Kidz Camps & Clubs’ or ‘Music Studio Box’, and are also sold through the Playful Pitch store.
